Review

Where an individual has been involved in a crash and liability is being disputed we are able to review the available evidence to determine whether it is sufficient to determine fault, and if not the costs for us to obtain further evidence. This enables clients to better determine their position and the likelihood of obtaining sufficient evidence cost effectively.

In some instances we are able to simply provide clients with information, advice, tools and to successfully pursue their case alone.

Crash Reconstruction

Using our precision measuring equipment and computer aided design we are often able to reconstruct a crash using scale diagrams to reveal the sequence of events of the crash. This method often clarifies any ambiguity over who is at fault.

The scale diagrams are often able to be produced in Disputes Tribunals without the extra cost of our attendance and allow clients to use them as visual aids when attempting to explain their case.

Dispute over whether or not the black vehicle caused the white hit & run vehicle to damage the yellow parked vehicles right wing mirror. Evidence proved a false claim by the other party and a hearing decision to be overturned on appeal after this evidence was produced by the client.
